1.1 This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
2.1 That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. We do not add you to any mailing list.
3.1 We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
4.1 Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
5.1 Operator links here can carry a referral marker — that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise.
6.1 Our readership is in Canada, and the site is published with that in mind. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.
7.1 These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.
